By using https://apisignalstack.digital or commissioning work from Apisignal Stack, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request an engagement.

Site content is general information about our services. It is not personal investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell securities, or a substitute for your own due diligence. Past client notes describe illustrative engagements and do not guarantee similar outcomes.
Engagements
Formal work begins only after written acceptance of a fee quote and scope. The quote, these terms, and any engagement letter together govern the work. If there is a conflict, the engagement letter prevails for that project.
Intellectual property
Reports, briefs, screening notes, and method descriptions we prepare remain our intellectual property until fees for that engagement are paid in full, after which you receive a licence to use the deliverables internally for your investment or stewardship process. You may not resell our packs or republish them as your own research without written consent. You retain rights to materials you supply to us.
Client responsibilities
You confirm you are authorised to request the work, that company lists and house factors you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you will not instruct us to produce a predetermined ranking disguised as independent comparison.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law of England and Wales, Apisignal Stack is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from investment decisions you make after reading our work. Our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
No financial promotion warranty
Nothing on this site constitutes a financial promotion requiring FCA authorisation beyond the ordinary course of professional research support described here. We do not manage client assets.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you are contracting as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use. Active engagements remain governed by the terms in force when the engagement was accepted unless both parties agree otherwise.
