Data we collect

  • Message content describing peer sets, house factors, or questions
  • Technical data such as IP address and browser type when necessary to operate the site securely

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site. We do not seek special-category data for ordinary inquiries; please do not include sensitive personal information in form messages.

Purposes and lawful bases

  • Responding to comparison requests and service inquiries — legitimate interests in operating our practice, and contract steps where you ask us to prepare a quote
  • Delivering agreed engagements — performance of a contract

Retention

Inquiry correspondence is retained for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, complaint, or legal claim. Engagement files are retained for up to seven years for professional and accounting records. Server logs are rotated on a shorter cycle appropriate to security monitoring.

Sharing

We use trusted processors for email, hosting, and (if enabled) analytics. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside the United Kingdom, we implement appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations where applicable.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
